Resources
Resources for AI agents in the GCC.
Practical guides on AI sales agents, AI qualification, and sovereign AI deployment for GCC enterprises — written for the people who have to deploy and defend the decision internally.
Glossary
The terms that come up in every GCC AI evaluation, in plain language.
- Hyper Human
- A Natiq agent with a face, a voice, memory, and read/write access to your systems — not a chat widget.
- L1 deflection
- The share of first-line support requests resolved without a human ever touching the ticket.
- Sovereign deployment
- Running the platform inside a boundary you control, under local data-residency and procurement rules.
- VPC
- Virtual Private Cloud — a single-tenant deployment inside your own cloud account.
- In-Kingdom
- Hosted inside Saudi Arabia, with full data residency inside national borders.
- NCA CCC-2
- The Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority's Cloud Cybersecurity Controls, level 2 — the reference our architecture aligns to.
- Write-back
- The agent writing an outcome into your system of record — a refund, a stage change, a CRM note — not just reporting it.
- Code-switching
- Moving between Arabic and English mid-sentence, the way Gulf buyers actually speak.
- Motion
- One named commercial journey: the demo motion, the qualification motion, or the support motion.
- Grounding
- Answering only from your own documents and policies, so the agent cannot invent a term you do not offer.
